1. Who we are

Hullchecks is operated by Cysmiq Retriever AI Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Cysmiq", "we", "us"). By using the Hullchecks website, scanner, CLI, MCP server, or any related service (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

Hullchecks performs automated security analysis of code and public web surfaces and produces a score and findings. It surfaces common, detectable issues. It is not a penetration test and is not a guarantee that your application is secure; the absence of findings is not proof of security. Compliance features provide readiness and evidence to help you prepare for an audit — they are not a certification and are not legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

  • Only scan systems, domains, and code that you own or are authorised to test.
  • Do not use the Service to attack, overload, or disrupt any system.
  • Do not attempt to defeat rate limits, sandboxing, or access controls.
  • Do not misrepresent a Hullchecks grade or badge you have not genuinely earned.

4. Accounts and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are exclusive of taxes (including GST) unless stated. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, the Hullchecks and Cysmiq names and logos, and all software behind them remain the property of Cysmiq Retriever AI Private Limited. You keep all rights to the code and content you submit for inspection.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cysmiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
